Horns in the
House is a 9 piece band with a strong but musically sensitive ensemble
sound, energized by punctuating horns and multi vocal blends.
The horn section is hot, and features Trumpet/Flugelhorn, Trombone/Flute
and Saxophones. The rhythm section includes Guitar/Acoustic & Electric,
Piano/Organ, Bass and Drums/Percussion. A female vocal lead is
complimented by four distinct male vocal leads and background harmonies.
This combination of musicians provides enough variety to cover all
styles of music including Swing, R&B, Classic Rock, Disco, Blues and
contemporary hits. With over 200 titles on the song list, the band is
able to please all musical appetites and encourage requests.
Horns in the House is lead by Geo Murphy, a veteran performer, who
brings experience to life at every show.

Dear Geo,
I want to thank you so much in helping to make Holly and Ethan's wedding such a
memorable day. People are still asking me the name of the Band that played at
the wedding. Even people that did not attend, but had heard from others. Thank
you also for making it a very professional affair! Call me anytime if you ever
need a recommendation. Please extend my thaks to all the band members too. What
a great group of people! Best wishes and success with the band,
Sincerely,
"GG" and Bob Gustafson
Dear George,
From all of us, thank you so much for the performance by Horns in the House at
Colin's graduation party. The band was great, the music choices were right on,
and the whole show was on target! What a thrill it was to have such a great band
at our party!

Geo - I wanted to thank you for doing such a wonderful job at my wedding.
Matthew and I were extremely happy with the bands music as well as your overall
professionalism through this process. After all we had gone through with the
rescheduling, I never had to worry about you guys. I do hope you enjoyed playing
the White Cliffs .... We hope very much to see you play again when times are not
so stressful ... I will be checking your site to see if you have some shows in
the area where we may be able to catch you. You guys are really talented, and
grounded..it was nice to have a wedding that reflected the class and not the
cheesy side of things. Best of luck in your future endeavors.
